What are some key points to remember for cat's and dog's well-being in summer?

Coming into the heat of summer, there are a few extra precautions that we need to take for our pets.

Number one is heat and avoiding heat stress of burns. So, when you take your dog for a walk on the pavement, if you can't hold the back of your hand on the pavement for 5 seconds, then it's too hot for your dog to be walking on the pavement. And, if it's a hot day, like in the mid-twenties, never leave your pet in the car.
