At the end of every month we randomly draw 2 winners who get sent a voucher code to use next time they shop and get $50 OFF.
- DRAW 1: Winner is randomly drawn from all orders placed during the month.
- DRAW 2: Winner is randomly drawn from the subscribers to our email newsletter.
Winners are notified by email, or phone and are required to supply a picture & name of their pet which will be used for promotional purposes, a voucher code is then supplied which qualifies them to receive $50 off their next purchase.
The voucher code can only be used once, and is directly linked to the customers email address, either supplied when making the original purchase, or is the email address subscribed to the newsletters.
The voucher code can only be used to purchase products which are being delivered to an address within New Zealand as per our shipping and delivery guidelines.

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned into the New Zealand Couriers network you will be sent track and trace details via email. You can use these track and trace details to keep an eye on your order, and when it will be delivered.
Payment is required when you place your order, you can checkout with your credit card, via online banking or in instalments with Afterpay or ZIP. Note: Your order confirmation is your tax invoice, as we endeavour to become more environmentally friendly, we no longer print and include copies of tax invoices with orders
Qualifying purchases made on auto re-order qualify for our loyalty programme. Almost all our premium vet diets, and vet recommended flea and worm treatments are included in the loyalty programme.
