Making up Milk
To make 30mL of milk: Mix 1 level scoop (6.5g) of powder with 25mL of warm water.
To make 1 litre of milk: Mix 215g of powder with 850ml of warm water.
Add about half the water to the powder first and mix to a paste. Then add the remaining water and mix thoroughly.
Pre-boil the water to ensure it is sterilised. If the water is too hot it can cause the milk to curdle. If it is too cold then it will be difficult to disperse the powder. An electric whisk can be used for mixing larger quantities.
Milk can be stored in the fridge for up to a day or can be frozen for up to 2 weeks. It is useful to make-up larger quantities and store it frozen in small portions (e.g. ice cube trays), so that the required daily feed volumes can be easily thawed out. Once thawed out, discard any unused milk, and wash feeding utensils thoroughly.

Once your order is placed, it is sent to the warehouse to dispatch, in some cases immediately. If you have made an error in your order, or incorrectly entered your address, and your order can be stopped from being scanned into the courier network we will do this if possible. However once it is scanned into the network it is your responsibility to communicate with the courier company or to return the order to us if you do not want to receive it.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the address for delivery is correct when the order is placed. Freight or additional charges may be applied if your order needs to be redelivered or delivered to an alternative address. In some cases an undelivered order may be returned to us, if the receiver has not responded to requests for further information, in which case we may cancel and refund the original purchase or charge a delivery fee.

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned into the New Zealand Couriers network you will be sent track and trace details via email. You can use these track and trace details to keep an eye on your order, and when it will be delivered.
Payment is required when you place your order, you can checkout with your credit card, via online banking or in instalments with Afterpay. Note: Your order confirmation is your tax invoice, as we endeavour to become more environmentally friendly, we no longer print and include copies of tax invoices with orders
