This product should only be given to your dog under the recommendation of a veterinary professional. Please consult your veterinarian to determine the most appropriate diet for your dog and always follow the on-pack feeding guidelines to determine the correct portion.

RECOMMENDED FOR CASES OF
- Diabetes mellitus with a body condition score (BCS) ≤ 6/9
- Diabetes mellitus with a BCS ≥ 7/9, until glycaemic control has been achieved
NOT RECOMMENDED IN CASES OF
- Growth, gestation and lactation
NOTE: The use of this food may affect the dog’s sensitivity to insulin. It is highly recommended that blood glucose and insulin responses are monitored when starting or changing the diet; insulin dosage may require adjustment in response to dietary change. In the management of diabetes mellitus, it is recommended to keep the type of food and daily rationing as consistent as possible. Divide the daily ration into several meals and have fresh water available at all times.
RECOMMENDATIONS: The advice of a veterinarian is necessary before use and before extending the period of use of this diet. Feed this diet initially up to 6 months. The diet may be continued for the dog’s lifetime with veterinary follow-up.

Once your order is placed, it is sent to the warehouse to dispatch, in some cases immediately. If you have made an error in your order, or incorrectly entered your address, and your order can be stopped from being scanned into the courier network we will do this if possible. However once it is scanned into the network it is your responsibility to communicate with the courier company or to return the order to us if you do not want to receive it.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the address for delivery is correct when the order is placed. Freight or additional charges may be applied if your order needs to be redelivered or delivered to an alternative address. In some cases an undelivered order may be returned to us, if the receiver has not responded to requests for further information, in which case we may cancel and refund the original purchase or charge a delivery fee.

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned into the New Zealand Couriers network you will be sent track and trace details via email. You can use these track and trace details to keep an eye on your order, and when it will be delivered.
Payment is required when you place your order, you can checkout with your credit card, via online banking or in instalments with Afterpay. Note: Your order confirmation is your tax invoice, as we endeavour to become more environmentally friendly, we no longer print and include copies of tax invoices with orders
