My cat has started eating grass. Is this a symptom of gut problems? What can we do to help?

Cats are carnivores, so they're 100% meat eaters. But some cats will eat grass, and we're not really sure why.

If your cat is otherwise healthy and it's just occasionally eating a bit of grass, there's probably nothing to worry about.

But, if this is persistent and you are genuinely concerned about your cat, then it would pay to go and get it checked out by the vet.
