Feeding guide:
Elimination diet trial: where possible use either a short or no transition period, followed by exclusive feeding of Purina® Pro Plan® Veterinary Diets HA ST/Ox Hypoallergenic™ for 8 to 10 weeks. In most cases, positive responses are likely to be seen within 3-6 weeks. If clinical signs resolve, this formula can be fed for life. It is recommended that a vet’s opinion is sought before use or before extending the period of use. Fresh, clean drinking water should always be available.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Due to Christmas & New Year public holidays falling mid-week, closely followed by the weekends it is likely orders placed over this period will take at a minimum 5 days to be delivered. Delivery guidelines will return to normal the week beginning 6 January. Once your order is scanned into the network it is your responsibility to communicate with the courier company or to return the order to us if you do not want to receive it. Track and trace details are emailed once your order is scanned into the NZ couriers network.

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned into the New Zealand Couriers network you will be sent track and trace details via email. You can use these track and trace details to keep an eye on your order, and when it will be delivered.
Payment is required when you place your order, you can checkout with your credit card, via online banking or in instalments with Afterpay or ZIP. Note: Your order confirmation is your tax invoice, as we endeavour to become more environmentally friendly, we no longer print and include copies of tax invoices with orders
