Royal Canin Dog Hepatic 1.5kg
Hepatic is a scientifically formulated diet for the nutritional management of liver disease in dogs.
ROYAL CANIN® Hepatic Canine is a scientifically formulated diet for the nutritional management of liver disease in dogs.
Hepatic is a nutritionally balanced diet formulated to support liver function in dogs with chronic liver conditions.
Vegetable protein is easily digested and absorbed by dogs with liver conditions. A low level of copper and increased zinc content helps reduce the accumulation of copper in liver cells. The patented antioxidant complex helps fight free radicals, maintain healthy DNA, promotes a healthy immune system and helps protect the remaining liver cells.
High energy provided by increased dietary fat helps maintain bodyweight and permits smaller meal volumes to be fed.
Recommended for (indications): Liver disease; Portosystemic shunt; Hepatic encephalopathy; Piroplasmosis / Babesiosis; Chronic hepatitis; Liver failure; Copper metabolism disorders.
Initially feed Hepatic for up to 6 months. It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use.
Royal Canin therapeutic veterinary diets are carefully formulated and strictly recommended to be used only under the advice of your veterinarian.
