Droncit™ is indicated for the treatment of tapeworms (including Hydatid* and Taenia ovis tapeworms) in dogs. Each tablet contains 50 mg Praziquantel.
Droncit™ should be given as a single dose by mouth and may be administered immediately before or with a meal.
Treat general infection regularly, particularly whenever tapeworm segments are seen. Dogs infested with fleas can rapidly become reinfested with Dipylidium caninum (common flea tapeworm) in the absence of flea control. Dogs that hunt small prey may also be more susceptible to tapeworm infestation. For routine worming a broad-spectrum product should be used such as Drontal™ or Milbemax™. Consult the product leaflet or seek veterinary advice for establishing an appropriate deworming schedule for the individual animal.
Sheep measles in Dogs: Dogs should be treated for Taenia ovis (sheep measles) at monthly intervals.
For general dog health, every third month the Droncit™ can be replaced with Drontal™ Allwormer for Dogs or Milbemax™. This will not compromise control of sheep measles as Drontal™ Allwormer for Dogs and Milbemax™ is also effective against the sheep measles tapeworm.
Dosage: Up to 10kg = 1/2 Tablet, 11-20 kg = 1 Tablet and 20kg - 40kg 2 Tablets.

Once your order is placed, it is sent to the warehouse to dispatch, in some cases immediately. If you have made an error in your order, or incorrectly entered your address, and your order can be stopped from being scanned into the courier network we will do this if possible. However once it is scanned into the network it is your responsibility to communicate with the courier company or to return the order to us if you do not want to receive it. Track and trace details are emailed once your order is scanned into the NZ couriers network.

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned into the New Zealand Couriers network you will be sent track and trace details via email. You can use these track and trace details to keep an eye on your order, and when it will be delivered.

Note: Your order confirmation is your tax invoice, as we endeavour to become more environmentally friendly, we no longer print and include copies of tax invoices with orders
