Feeding Guidelines:

Please note that these feeding recommendations are for an adult cat and are a guide only. Your individual cat's needs may vary by +/- 50%.

Use a standard 8oz / 240ml cup and fill it with food as indicated in the feeding guide. Serve as is, or rehydrate by adding ¼ cup of cool or warm water with every cup of food. Always ensure your cat has plenty of water available at mealtime.

For kittens and pregnant or nursing mothers, feed 2-3 times the adult amount listed below. Always consult your veterinarian, as requirements vary based on the number of kittens and stage of lactation.

When transitioning your cat to Feline Natural, start by mixing a small amount into their current food, slowly increasing the amount over 10 days until they enjoy an entire bowl of Feline Natural.

Transitioning correctly over this time will give your cat (and their stomach) time to adjust to the high-meat, nutrient-dense content of our food.

Complete Meal

  • Small Cat (1-2.5kg): ⅓ - ¾ cups per day
  • Medium Cat (2.5-5kg): ¾ - 1 ¼ cups per day
  • Large Cat (5-7.5kg): 1 ¼ - 1 ⅔ cups per day

 

Topper

  • Small Cat (1-2.5kg): ¼ cups per day

ORDER DISPATCH GUIDELINES

NOVEMBER / DECEMBER PROMOTIONAL PERIOD Due to an increase in order volume during promotional periods, there may be delays in dispatch. Please also consider there is an increase in freight nationwide at this time of year, couriers are full and orders may take a day or so longer before they are delivered. Normal delivery guidelines do not apply during promotional periods. Keep an eye on your inbox for your track and trace details, these are sent once it has been scanned into the courier network.

NORMAL DELIVERY GUIDELINES Once your order is placed, it is sent to the warehouse to dispatch, in some cases immediately. If you have made an error in your order, or incorrectly entered your address, and your order can be stopped from being scanned into the courier network we will do this if possible. However once it is scanned into the network it is your responsibility to communicate with the courier company or to return the order to us if you do not want to receive it. Track and trace details are emailed once your order is scanned into the NZ couriers network.

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned into the New Zealand Couriers network you will be sent track and trace details via email. You can use these track and trace details to keep an eye on your order, and when it will be delivered.

Payment is required when you place your order, you can checkout with your credit card, via online banking or in instalments with Afterpay or ZIP. Note: Your order confirmation is your tax invoice, as we endeavour to become more environmentally friendly, we no longer print and include copies of tax invoices with orders
